30-Day Conditional Money-Back Policy
WisdomCybernetics offers a 30-Day Conditional Money-Back Policy on shared hosting and reseller plans. If you are not satisfied with your service within 30 days of purchase, you may cancel and receive a full refund less any applicable license or control-panel fees — provided none of the exceptions below apply.
No Refunds on VPS, DDS, or Dedicated Servers
To keep our pricing competitive while continuing to provide top-tier service and support, we are unable to offer refunds on VPS, DDS, or Dedicated Server products under any circumstances. This includes both monthly and annual billing terms.
Exceptions to the Money-Back Policy
The 30-day refund offer does not apply in any of the following circumstances:
- Account is cancelled due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- A refund is requested due to limitations of the customer's technical knowledge that prevent proper use of the service.
- A refund is requested because of infrequent or non-use of the service.
- A refund is requested for a technical issue that was not reported to WisdomCybernetics through one of our approved support channels.
- The customer installs or operates software that causes instability in the server environment and is not supported by WisdomCybernetics.
- The customer has previously held an account and received a refund under this policy for prior service with WisdomCybernetics.
- The customer has previously held an active service with WisdomCybernetics for more than 30 days.
Domain Names
There are no refunds for domain name registrations or transfers under any circumstances. Once a domain is registered or a transfer is initiated, the registry fee is non-recoverable.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify under the policy above, contact our billing team within 30 days of your initial purchase by emailing billing@wisdomci.com. Please include your account username and order number. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
